Colour at Work is the twenty-sixth title I’ve made with the KDD team. A lot of collective hard work went into it, and I’m very grateful to all of our contributors: Max Alexander, Janine Bajus, Flora Collingwood-Norris,  Ella Gordon, Jeanette Sloan, Tressa Weidenaar, Ottilia Westerlund, our dear friend and eagle-eyed copy editor, Ivor Normand, Tom who designed all its beautiful colourful pages, and of course top comrade and co-editor, Felix. I’m very proud to have this book on the KDD list.

    Hello KDD team, I have just finished reading my copy this morning and I am so glad I have ordered it. So full of surprising information and stories. I am most amazed by Jannie Bajus’s moon jumper, the story of Wilson Green and the description of the Japanese woodblock painting that helped me see the beauty of it. Thank you so much !

    I tried to order Colour at work early this morning. I could not order the book because the USA is not in the list of countries–only “USA Minor Outer Lying Islands” is listed. I live in Vienna VA–contintinental USA.I missed the first printing by a matter of hours. I really want this book. Please help. Thanks


    I am already on the mailing list and have purchased several KDD books.

      Hi – I’m sorry about this – for some unknown reason you’ll find the USA at the top of the dropdown list, rather than alphabetically towards the bottom… if you are still having difficulty just email us at help@katedaviesdesigns.com

    Received my book this week. I’m fully immersed in reading, a very pleasant diversion from the snow and cold here in Winnipeg. Swimming in colour while it’s white and gray outside. Thank you!

    This is an innovative work of which you can be quite proud! But if you haven’t changed anything, then those new copies are a 2nd printing, not a 2nd edition. Libraries and many others care about that terminology.
