bank holiday

Yesterday we walked to the top of this:

I forgot to bring my knitting (bah). But the view was very good:

Apologies for the gratuitous highland coo shot. I have a real thing about the *colour* of their hair (hair? coat?) at the moment. I seriously want to knit something cow-coloured.

  1. How amazing! I think I might have to stop reading your blog; it makes me miss Scotland so terribly much. We’ve decided that all of our holidays next year will be spent in Scotland, so I’ll be able to satisfy my hunger a little before too long :)

  3. It’s the colour of ripe wheat fields, isn’t it? I agree, these animals are magnificent, we have some of them over here too. They do match the Swedish landscape very well.
