It was abandoned. I kept passing it. This morning it had frost on it. I had to save it.
It is a very nice tam. If it is yours, tell me. I found it on the cycle path near Ferry Road and Agnew Terrace.

What a minute!! That is mine. What state is Ferry Road and Agnew Terrace in again?
Just kidding…its obviously not mine, but I do hope it finds its why home.
