Tortoise and Hare Gauntlets are available for £2.50

These fun, fingerless gloves complement the matching Tortoise and Hare Sweater and feature many of the same design elements. Try out your colourwork and braiding techniques on a small project before embarking on the sweater!

Size: to fit woman’s hand of 7-7.5″ circumference. A wider gauntlet can be made by going up a needle size. Gauntlets shown measure 12 inches in length, but can be made shorter or longer as required.
Yarn requirements: four shades of Jamieson & Smith 2 ply Shetland jumper weight. You will need approx. 25 g / 125 yards of the main colour, and small amounts of 3 contrasting shades.
